Dealer's Greatest Assets is looking for MOTIVATED call center agents to WORK FROM HOME answering inbound service appointment calls and making outbound customer service follow-up calls for dealerships across the United States. DGA has been in business for over 20 years, solely working in the automotive industry. As a virtual agent for DGA, you must:
-Have a clear and FRIENDLY speaking voice
-Be able to type 35
words/minute
-Be able to work with very little supervision
-Have your own desktop computer or laptop with high speed internet
-Have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
-Be able to work daytime, evenings, and weekends
-Be able to attend a 2 week live online training class
