Dealer's Greatest Assets is looking for MOTIVATED call center agents to WORK FROM HOME answering inbound service appointment calls and making outbound customer service follow-up calls for dealerships across the United States.
DGA has been in business for over 20 years, solely working in the automotive industry.
As a virtual agent for DGA, you must:

-Have a clear and FRIENDLY speaking voice
-Be able to type 35+ words/minute
-Be able to work with very little supervision
-Have your own desktop computer or laptop with high speed internet
-Have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
-Be able to work daytime, evenings, and weekends
-Be able to attend a 2 week live online training class

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
