Dealer's Greatest Assets is conducting an OPEN HOUSE on Friday March 20th from 10am to 4pm!!
DGA is looking for MOTIVATED call center agents to answer inbound service appointment calls and make outbound customer service follow-up calls for dealerships across the United States.
DGA has been in business for over 20 years, solely working in the automotive industry. As a customer service agent for DGA, you must:
-Have a clear and FRIENDLY speaking voice
-Be able to type 35
words/minute
-Be local to the Ellicott City area
-Have a minimum of 1 year of Customer Service experience
-Be able to work daytime and weekends
-Hiring hours are as follows: Mon- Fri 7:00am to 1:30pm or 1:30pm to 8:00pm.
-Must be available for in house training in Ellicott City, Mon-Fri from 12pm-6pm
This is a ONE DAY ONLY Open House event. No appointment necessary!
