DGA Customer Service Agent Requirements:
o Have a CLEAR and OVER THE TOP FRIENDLY speaking voice
o Be able to type 35+ words a minute
o Have a Customer Service background
o Be able to work in a fast-paced call center
o Have a high school diploma or equivalent
o Be local to the Ellicott City area
We are currently looking to fill 2 shifts:
Dealer's Greatest Asset's Customer Service Agents answer inbound service requests from over 300 dealerships nationwide. Our agents also make a variety of outbound customer service follow-up calls for our dealerships.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
