As a Front Desk Concierge at Turf Valley Resort, you hold the responsibility of providing each of our hotel guests with legendary guest service, ensuring a welcoming and lasting first impression.
The ideal candidate will have flexibility to work some of the following shifts:
11:
30am-8pm, 12:
30pm-9pm, 2:
30pm-11pm & 7am - 3pm.

Job Duties & Responsibilities Include:
Greeting and registering hotel guests.
Providing attentive, courteous, and efficient service to all guests throughout their entire stay.
Making and modifying reservations as needed.
Maximizing room revenue and occupancy.
Hotel operator and concierge duties.
Settling guest's account upon check out.

Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Must be effective in problem solving, and maintaining professionalism and composure while under pressure.
Must be able to work with and understand financial information and data, and basic arithmetic functions.
Must be able to work efficiently without frequent supervision.
Physical requirements:
Exerting up to 20 pounds of force occasionally, and/or up to 10 pounds of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects.
Ability to stand during entire shift.
