Daily Responsibilities as a Customer Service Representative:
Effectively promote and educate consumers on our client's available services and benefits through one-on-one customer interactions Develop and coordinate effective business strategies that will stand out against competitors and increase customer acquisition Participate in required sales meetings and conference calls to maintain updated knowledge of our client's promotions and services Acquire a proven track record of closing a high percentage of qualified leads and increasing customer retention Work harmoniously with our sales team to successfully promote brand awareness and increase sales margins Establish and maintain a consistent professional image while interacting with customers and coworkers Build positive interdepartmental relationships and communicate effectively to achieve established sales targets Customer Service Representative Requirements:
0-3 years in the customer service or sales industry Proactive; can-do approach; takes ownership of any situation Exceptional motivational and persuasion abilities Proven record of outstanding sales performance and achievement, overturning objections An open mind with a passion for learning a wide range of skills that will carry through various career paths Demonstrated problem-solving skills and analytical skills Well-spoken, poise, and professional demeanor with clients and consumers Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently Job Type:
