Responsibilities include:
- Developing your assigned market area - Develop business relationships, grow existing accounts and close sales.
- Develop leads and handle incoming leads when available.
- Represent the company at industry trade shows and conferences.
- Ensure that the projects that you sell are performed by the assigned crews to the required specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree.
- 2-5 years' experience in a sales-driven environment.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Consistent work ethic.
- You must have a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle.
- You must be dependable and reliable.
Additional Information:
- This position reports directly to the Commercial Sales Manager.
- Salary $55,000 base plus Commission/benefits (50% Health)/401k with 4% match (eligible after 1 year Employment) - Gas card on business miles / oil changes.
