Responsibilities include:
patient restraint, client education, maintaining accurate records and drug logs, and driving between cases.
There is (very soon) growth potential within the team as we grow and evolve.
The Position HomeVets is seeking a strong Client Relations Specialist (CRS) that can provide a top-tier customer customer experience in our (what will be) brand new facility! Must-haves:
Great work attitude Aptitude to be a team player and contributor Attention to detail Cash handling skills Multi-tasking skills Computer proficiency (EzyVet experience is a plus!) Ability to adapt to changes as we continue to grow and implement new processes The facility will be brand new and we will have a high expectation to maintain and take pride in the space we will have! The Timing and Transparency We will be closing the hospital in Ellicott City for renovations Sept/Oct timeframe.
We will need this candidate to be able to start with some remote software training the first week of November (predictably and pending the renovation schedule).
The contractors have a completion date of November 8th.
