As a recruiter you will guide our candidates through the hiring process.
Our objective is to assist and advise our new employees and help them come experience the Lorien team and our Care Forward approach to employee satisfaction.

Health Care Recruiters with Lorien will:
Guide employees through the hiring process - to include applying, interviewing, onboarding and orientation.
Attract and source candidates and present qualified candidates for hire.
Deliver an exceptional candidate experience.
Gather and process employee data accurately to complete new hire paperwork.
Build and maintain relationships with others and demonstrate outstanding teamwork.
